As a youth cultural centre in the city of Baden, Werkk is a meeting place for a diverse, culturally interested audience.

We offer teenagers and young adults aged between 16 and 25 a space to get involved in the region’s cultural scene and actively help shape it.

The programme at Werkk is put together by cultural groups who organise various events in collaboration with the management team. From concerts and parties to theatre and exhibitions, almost anything is possible. We help you to gather the most important know-how in the cultural scene so that you know what’s going on and can then realise projects independently. You don’t want to organise, but still want to be part of Werkk? Then get in touch and become a Werkk group member! By volunteering in a shared flat of your choice, you can support the cultural scene in your region, gain an insight into cultural activities, learn a lot, meet lots of great people and make valuable contacts. Whether you are a chef, a skilled craftsman, a photographer or interested in event technology – or you don’t know any of these things yet but would like to learn – our Werkk groups (WGs) are there for you.

The possibilities at Werkk are almost limitless and are waiting to be utilised by you.
