Parallel to Art Basel, Gare du Nord is presenting Sounds Nice for the first time.
A colourful mix of performances, installations and concerts will take place in the concert hall and former restaurant.
The whole thing will be garnished with DJ sets and a party.
On several evenings during Sounds Nice, the former restaurant is transformed into the Liquid Lounge.

The former restaurant at Badischer Bahnhof is transformed into the Liquid Lounge.
Funny, unusual, peculiar, perhaps a little bizarre.
In a relaxed atmosphere, you can move or chat to the melodies, harmonies and sounds of liquid Drum and Bass.

Venue
Gare du Nord is a curated production and performance venue for the Swiss and international contemporary music scene. In around 100 events per season, young and experienced professional musicians, composers and singers present a wide variety of evenings with composed and improvised music, music theatre and sound installations. Gare du Nord offers a broad spectrum of contemporary chamber music, electronic music and interdisciplinary performative formats. Gare du Nord is also available as a creative venue for music theatre artists and ensembles, such as the Ensemble Phoenix Basel.
