The buvette is located in the idyllic setting of the pointe de la jonction at the junction of the Rhône and Arve rivers, at the very end of the sentier des Saules.
It offers a welcoming terrace and prices, free cultural programming, summer jobs for local young people, smiles and laughter – in short, happiness!
It has inspired a number of other initiatives, including the À Contre-Courant festival, the “Lâche pas ta bouée” prevention project, and the winter shelter for the underprivileged.
