DARKSIDE kicks off this month with a real neurofunk blast:
Our guest is Marvin Eibl aka SCREAMARTS, a producer and DJ from Vienna who wears an ominous mask and captivates listeners with his futuristic, powerful, melodic drum & bass and epic sound design, as heard on his current debut album ‘ANTITHESIS’ on mau5trap. Originally from Salzburg, SCREAMARTS started producing music as a teenager and counts The Prodigy, Nero and Pendulum among his most important inspirations. The multi-instrumentalist releases his versatile tracks on renowned labels such as Eatbrain, Flexout and Overview, to name but a few, but is also not afraid to ignore and break genre boundaries.
Local support from Bern comes from the versatile GAZ:elle from MADPOOL, DARKSIDE founder and scene veteran DEEJAY MF, and Zurich’s PLYOMETRICS from ILLEGITIMATE.

Dachstock, known as the Reitschule’s event group, has been commissioned by the Reitschule to organize various musical and cultural events. The Dachstock is a cultural enterprise organized by interested people who want to bring different musical styles and content to the stage. There are neither good nor bad styles of music. The Reitschule Manifesto is the guideline.
The Dachstock Collective is organized on a basis of grassroots democracy. All interested collectivists of the Dachstock are welcome at the collective meeting. Diversity in the collective is important to us – knowledge from long-standing members is passed on to new members. The operative collective, which comprises age groups of around three generations, continues to shape the exciting, multifaceted cultural business that has developed over more than two decades.
