Created in 1991 in response to demands from musicians in Neuchâtel for a venue and premises, Case à Chocs is now Neuchâtel’s main centre of excellence for contemporary music. Active in the fields of distribution, creation, training and mediation, Case à Chocs’ main missions are to produce and host musical events, and to support the regional music scene. Its historic vocation as a place that fosters social cohesion also makes it one of the most dynamic socio-cultural venues in the Neuchâtel region.
