Founded in 1994, Le NED Music Club is a concert hall and party venue aimed at promoting the regional contemporary music scene, as well as introducing internationally renowned artists to its locality. The venue is run by a non-profit association, with a 7-strong volunteer board and some 50 members. Four employees work with the committee to manage administration, technology, programming and communications.

In its 20 years of activity, the NED stage has had the pleasure of welcoming hundreds of Swiss artists (Moonraisers, Di-Meh, KT Gorique), as well as many renowned musicians of all styles. Montreux audiences had the pleasure of discovering young talents such as Odezenne, Vald, 1995 and Georgio, before they headed off to bigger stages. They also had the chance to enjoy memorable concerts by KRS One, Lords Of The Underground, Max Romeo, Elephant Man, Culture and Lonnie Liston Smith.

The association is delighted with the cultural role it plays in the Riviera region, and is committed to continuing to provide a springboard for young talent, as well as an international offering for its audiences.
