Founded at the turn of the century in 1998, café XXe has since become an essential meeting place for Fribourg’s nightlife, offering numerous DJ nights, concerts and exhibitions right in the centre of Fribourg.

But the XXe is also a café that opens early in the morning and offers low-price food and drink, lunch and dinner, and a wide choice of beers to sip on the balcony overlooking the station square or on the terrace, an unlikely green spot in the middle of the city.
