Submatic’s music is a bridge between the generations of sound system culture and the new wave of bass-driven club music – built on foundation-shaking, chest-shaking low bass and infectious, playful rhythms.
Submatic entered the scene with a bang in early 2025 with his 100 Tunes in 100 Days challenge (yes, you read that right). Since then, he has been steadily building momentum and gaining a loyal following internationally for his new sound: DKG. His goal was to create something new – a sound with depth, energy and meaning.
DKG hits that nerve by combining deep, subby basslines with the musical elements of dub and reggae – overlaid with playful 2-step beats and the typical UKG swing feel. It is punchy, soulful and brings pure dancefloor energy. His tireless creativity and unmistakable sound has led to collaborations with some of the most respected names on the scene:
Ed Solo, Brother Culture, Little Lion Sound, Derrick Sound, Essah, Green Lion Crew, Capleton, Roe Summerz, Kabaka Pyramid, Robert Dallas, Mr Williamz and Hollow Point. This is no ordinary UKG set – this is Dub Kingdom Garage (DKG), and Submatic is the pioneer of this movement.
Submatic is supported by no less creative minds, who provide you with the best bass rhythms. Look forward to ADHDJ, Drumzen and Subkey, who will provide you with UKG, Dub and of course DnB.

The cultural melting pot in Chur
CUADRO22 is the melting pot for culture and subculture in Chur. As a family, Gina, Ramiro and Jamira curate the halls and cellars of a former industrial area, which together serve as a gallery, concert venue, theatre, dance floor and mezcal bar.
CUADRO22 combines local and international art. Foreign artists can plan longer stays thanks to the available sleeping and studio space. The varied programme in all genres attracts an equally diverse audience. The event rooms and ‘Las Puertas Bar’ are also available for private events.
In 2020, CUADRO22 was awarded a prize for cultural recognition by the city of Chur.
