Braises de Velours quickly established itself on the nightlife scene in French-speaking Switzerland thanks to its energy and sense of rhythm, and made a name for itself with landmark performances at venues such as l’Usine, le Zoo and la Gravière.
Influenced by both bass music and Latin sounds, Braises de Velours creates unique sets, combining hard-hitting rhythms and mysterious atmospheres. Their ability to capture the energy of the crowd and maintain a spellbinding atmosphere has helped them make a name for themselves on the local scene, and represent the Zoo on the European tour to celebrate their 25th anniversary.

𝗙𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗞
A pioneer of the New Hip Hop scene in Geneva, Kay Rubenz has criss-crossed the city from top to bottom, sharing his discoveries. Making his mark on the Drum and Bass scene in the mid-2000s, as DJ and founder of the Teardrop collective, he left his mark on Liquid nights at Le Zoo and Le Chat Noir. Later he became more eclectic, moving towards more Urban sets, ranging from elite hip-hop to baile, Afro & Caribbean trends.

He returned to his first love with an exclusively Drum n Bass set for the Jonquille.
